The Urdu word translates to untiring effort, unabating passion, and unshakeable determination to make the impossible- possible. Be it the Wright Brothers’ dream of flying, Gandhi’s of resisting colonialism, or of Rosa Parks’ vision for equality, none of these would have been possible without the powerful drive to rage, to prevail, despite common sense.
